CEO says he hasn't opened Feishu for a week—Agents handle approvals, messages and email

FuSheng shares that he hasn't logged into Feishu for a week: Agents pre-process approvals, messages and email while he only reviews, yet he manages with more granularity. He argues AI Native 2.0 requires two shifts: every role gets its own Agent (humans review and improve them), and internal communication runs Agent-to-Agent instead of person-to-person. Employee reviews, he says, should soon include how much work your Agent does.
