Tesla Robotaxi hits 438K driverless miles/week in Austin, may have passed Waymo
mitchdeg · x · 2026-10-27
Per Robotaxi Tracker data, Tesla's robotaxi fleet in Austin may have just overtaken Waymo: 438K driverless miles in the week to Oct 18, versus Waymo's latest reported pace of 406K/week (Q2 2026 data).
The two figures aren't strictly comparable for the same period, so Waymo's next data release will give a clearer picture — but the trend is clear and the milestone looks imminent.
