Peter Sellars on managing Nikita Bier: like hiring Liam Neeson from Taken to raise a kid
lennysan · x · 2026-10-27
Lenny Rachitsky shares his favorite quote from Peter Sellars on what it's like to manage Nikita Bier: "I think of Nikita like Liam Neeson from Taken. If your daughter gets kidnapped, he has a very special set of skills, and he's going to employ those skills. But then when you need him to raise the daughter, or buy some groceries, all he knows how to do is just kill everybody in the grocery store." A sharp one-liner about Bier's extremely specialized growth talents.
