NVIDIA open-sources MotionBricks: real-time motion generation at 15,000 FPS with 2ms latency
flngr · x · 2026-10-27
NVIDIA has released MotionBricks weights on the Hugging Face Hub. The model generates real-time in-between motion for game characters and humanoid robots: given a character's recent poses and target poses, it produces the transition at 15,000 FPS with 2ms latency.
Key points:
- A single model trained on 350K+ motion clips
- Smart Primitives handle navigation and object interaction without retraining
- SOMA weights for human characters, Unitree G1 weights for the humanoid robot
- Code under Apache 2.0, weights under the NVIDIA Open Model Agreement
