Non-coder vibe-codes a Godot JRPG with Claude Code in two weeks, music and art synced
ADHDavid · reddit · 2026-10-27
A Reddit user with no prior coding or AI experience vibe-coded a Godot JRPG using Claude Code in about two weeks, syncing music, a 3D world, and a crayon art style in the intro. Claude Code handled combat, the 3D world, and procedural generation; character sprites came from another service since Claude is hit-or-miss at pixel art. The author says his perception of AI shifted more in two weeks than in the prior five years, but notes building a full playable game still takes time—and muses how much of the work is truly his. No public demo yet.
