Cherimoya v0.3.1 Ships Fused DeepLIFT, ~7x Faster Attribution for Genomics Models
jmschreiber91 · x · 2026-10-26
jmschrei shipped two Cherimoya releases: 7.5k DNase+ATAC genomic models are now available for design via proto-tools CATv1, and a community-contributed fused DeepLIFT was merged into v0.3.1, delivering roughly 7x faster attribution for same-sized models — removing a long-standing bottleneck even for lightweight models.
