jmschreiber91 · x · 2026-10-26
Cherimoya CATv1 is now in proto-tools, making 7.5k DNase+ATAC models available for design. Proto-tools is an open-source (MIT) Python package positioning itself as a universal infrastructure layer for generative biology: a large suite of computational biology and biological AI tools accessible through a single, consistent Python interface. The team welcomes community contributions via fork + PR.
