Anthropic's S-1 filing discloses enormous infrastructure commitments: at least $114.5bn to Google, up to $120.5bn to SpaceXAI, at least $110bn to Amazon, $161.2bn in Broadcom equipment leases (ex-interest), at least $44.9bn to Microsoft, up to $44.6bn to Nscale, and $41.3bn to Lambda. Total commitments exceed $600bn, largely long-term and non-cancellable, underscoring the aggressiveness of its compute expansion.
