Strategist's advice: without evals, your sprawling agent architecture impresses no one
ziv_ravid · x · 2026-10-26
Strategist zivravid offers free advice to fellow strategists: no matter how AI-native you are — running thousands of parallel agents — if your first move isn't showing you're better on standard evals, nobody cares. Anyone today can build very complex systems full of buzzwords, but the only way to know whether that complexity is needed is to measure. Evals are hard (data collection, defining metrics), but they force clarity on what you're actually doing and where you're strong — and you get to set the rules.
