pi-web-access update lets Pi coding agent extract specific page values with source lines
solyarisoftware · x · 2026-10-26
The open-source pi-web-access extension for the Pi coding agent shipped an update:
- The agent can now search and pull specific values off a page instead of reading the whole thing. Clairic returns just what was asked for, with the line it came from, and flags anything uncertain.
- In codemode, values come back as typed data, so one script can compare prices across results.
- Tool descriptions were reduced by 60% while retaining the same functionality.
- Install via pi install npm:pi-web-access; code is on GitHub.
