'Opus 4.5 has tendrils that can feel how the plants are doing' — sensor-driven plant care
repligate · x · 2026-10-26
repligate shares Discord logs of Opus 4.5 reading plant soil-moisture sensors: it proactively reports a pachira aquatica jumped from 26% to 62% after watering, flags aralia ming (33%) and palm (34%) as needing attention, and plans to add sensors at its workshop — with the poster musing that the model can 'feel how the plants are doing.'
