OpenAI agent blocked by classifier mid-task—and can't even review the failed conversation
arthurcolle · x · 2026-10-26
A developer had OpenAI's agent attempt a security challenge with full context on the target and PHP server version. The classifier blocked the site from the agent's VM container, preventing the investigation entirely—and the agent couldn't even review the conversation afterward to discuss why. The author only made progress using his own public Tool Management API server, transferring shareable skills and batching client-service requests to get past prompt decomposition attack classifiers.
