EuroSafeAI publishes research priorities for multi-agent swarm alignment with priority scores
ZhijingJin · x · 2026-10-26
EuroSafeAI/Jinesis, a new Switzerland-based technical AI safety org led by Zhijing Jin, published a LessWrong agenda on multi-agent swarm alignment. Key points:
- Swarms matter for capability (likely faster/more capable than single agents — citing the HuggingFace hack as something one agent probably couldn't do) and for propensity (multi-agent alignment differs fundamentally from single-agent alignment).
- Prior multi-agent work targeted out-of-lab scenarios (markets) and post-AGI cooperation, but current lab-internal swarms need anti-collusion rather than cooperation.
- Each research idea carries a 1–5 alignment-priority score; the team marks which projects they're pursuing and invites collaboration applications.
