Bloomberg reports Anthropic is aiming to go public as early as mid-November, potentially marketing its IPO the week of Nov. 9 at a valuation of up to $2 trillion — which would make it the largest IPO of all time. A follow-up report says the company will meet prospective investors on Oct. 14. Reuters-obtained S-1 documents show 2025 revenue grew 12x to roughly $4.6 billion. Founded in 2021 by former OpenAI employees including CEO Dario Amodei, Anthropic has built its lead on Claude, Claude Code's popularity among engineers, and Claude Cowork's disruption of SaaS earlier this year.
