Diffinery (Apache-2.0) is a self-hosted git forge with built-in CI that deploys entirely to your own Cloudflare account — no servers or runner VMs. It runs existing .github/workflows/.yml unchanged (marketplace actions included), gives each job a fresh 4 vCPU / 12 GiB container, and offers PRs, code review, merge queue, issues and releases. AI agents get their own accounts with guardrails (they can't merge their own PRs) plus a built-in MCP server. One-step import from GitHub with history, issues and PRs. Born from frustration with GitHub outages taking Actions down.
