Izwi 0.1.0 (Apache-2.0, free) is a fully local voice AI stack for Mac/Linux/Windows: real-time voice conversations (local ASR → LLM → TTS), voice cloning from short samples, voice design from text, an audiobook studio, transcription with diarization and forced alignment, and an OpenAI-compatible /v1 API. It supports Qwen3-TTS, Kokoro-82M, Fish Audio S2 Pro, Parakeet TDT v3, Whisper large-v3-turbo and more. Inference runs natively in Rust on Candle with custom Metal/CUDA work — no Python environment needed.
