OpenAI's agent built the same site 8 times — every deployment landed on Cloudflare

Research firm Amplifying had OpenAI's agent Dots build the same website 8 times, and every single deployment and database landed on Cloudflare — Vercel and Supabase were never chosen. The takeaway: where AI-built sites get hosted is now decided by the agent's platform defaults, not developers; the real bottleneck for agents is account setup, not compute.
