PSAISuite gives DeepSeek real PowerShell tool-calling in your terminal
dfinke · x · 2026-10-25
Developer dfinke released the open-source PSAISuite PowerShell module, letting DeepSeek and other models call real PowerShell tools: you pick the tools, the model decides the steps, with tool calls visible live in your terminal.
- Demo uses New-AgentHarness with model deepseek:deepseek-v4-pro and tools like Get-ChildItem, Get-Content, Get-Date; the model completes a multi-round read-files-and-summarize task autonomously.
- The project is a unified abstraction layer for 15+ GenAI providers, supporting benchmarking, tool-calling, and LLM integration. MIT licensed, install via Install-Module PSAISuite.
