Non-technical builder shares 3-tool AI stack to research, design and ship full-stack apps solo

Builder @damienghader says he ships projects that once required a designer, developer, PM and marketing team using a 3-tool AI workflow:
- Research & concept (Strawberry): analyze competitors and positioning, spot market gaps, automate reference collection, validate ideas before building.
- Brand & UI/UX (Paper): explore brand identities and visual directions, design high-fidelity interfaces (screenshots show multi-version sites and ad creatives for a VR/AR gaming brand), build reusable components and design systems.
- Build (Lovable): create full-stack apps with auth, databases and APIs, integrate payments and third-party services, then test, iterate and deploy.
His takeaway: designers can now own the entire product lifecycle, and the next great products will come from people with taste rather than bigger teams.
