Dev uses an AI agent to install Jellyfin, sideload the TV app, and configure mounts
DanielLockyer · x · 2026-10-25
Daniel Lockyer worked with an agent to set up his home media stack: installing Jellyfin on his home media server, enabling developer mode on his TV, sideloading the Jellyfin app, and configuring all mounts with correct permissions. His previous Jellyfin attempt went badly, but the experience is nicer now. He also takes a jab at the Plex TV app for being slow and buggy.
