Ask ChatGPT which questions you've asked repeatedly — it's an honest unresolved list
Ok_Negotiation_2587 · reddit · 2026-10-24
A practical ChatGPT memory trick: with memory on, you can ask about your cross-chat history. Three prompts: "Based on past chats, which questions have I asked more than once in different words, with rough dates?", "What did I say I'd do that I never brought up again?", and "Which topics have I returned to most, and has my thinking changed?" The first is the most revealing — re-asked questions are usually decisions you keep postponing. Limits: it answers from summarized memory, may err on details and can't link to exact chats. The post also promotes the author's AI Toolbox extension (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Grok) for full-text cross-chat search and matched-fragment export — search free, export paid.
