NVIDIA has released Nemotron 3.5 Bolt E4B, a 4GB open model built for local assistants, interactive characters, and robots that can hold conversations and call tools.
- Official demo: on a Jetson Orin Nano 8GB, Bolt handles conversation while NVIDIA Cosmos handles vision, driving a Reachy Mini robot to chat and move — all fully local.
- Users note this size class can run inside hospitals, processing clinical notes right next to patient data.
