A side-by-side video character-replacement test comparing MiniMax H3 (Ref2VA, 20 steps) against FastH3 Omni (8 steps) in ComfyUI: same seed, 226 frames (9.42s) at 768x1344, with SAM 3.1 motion guidance and Qwen3-VL 8B auto-describe, keeping the original soundtrack. On an RTX 5090 FastH3 finished in 4.4 min including model loading, MiniMax H3 in 8.3 min. Both pipelines preserve costume detail and motion consistency reasonably well.
