Enact Intelligence stealth-exits with $30M pre-seed, sensing force through robot motors

Zurich-based Enact Intelligence emerged from stealth with a $30M pre-seed from redalpine, Notion Capital and firstminute—the largest pre-seed ever raised in Switzerland. Founder Manuel Murow (ex-1X NEO software lead, ex-Physical Intelligence) is building robots that sense force through their motors rather than separate sensors—like feeling tension in muscles instead of just fingertips. Angels include Mistral's Arthur Mensch and Yann LeCun; the 12-person team hails from DeepMind, Amazon Robotics and Helsing. The thread also references Robotiq's 2FC tactile gripper launch.
