Stop asking agents for text PR summaries: use diagrams, screen recordings, and specs
_AustinCalvert_ · x · 2026-10-24
BHolmesDev argues agents can produce far more than text PR summaries: (1) architecture diagrams—ASCII, mermaid, HTML, or animated walkthroughs—to visually explain changes (/show-me is a good start); (2) end-to-end screen recordings verifying the change, now feasible via Chrome DevTools or computer use, with Warp Factories auto-editing video and highlighting cursor clicks; (3) planning documents checked in as code, which both guide better recording-based verification and help reviewers. Warp Factories surfaces all artifacts tied to an agent session.
