Munich-based Agile Robots and Audi announced a proof-of-concept at NVIDIA GTC Berlin: mobile humanoids picking and sequencing parts at Audi's Ingolstadt plant for final assembly. Dual-arm manipulation handles high-variant, semi-rigid parts while AI perception identifies components in mixed, unsorted bins. A virtual twin built with Dassault Systèmes validates feasibility, timings, and safety before physical deployment. Agile Robots has 20,000+ robotic solutions deployed worldwide.
