MiniMax H3 Loop: wrap-around latent sampling for seamless looping video with clean audio

A model patch for MiniMax H3 samples the latent with its end wrapped around to its start, so the model stitches the video's end to its start like any other segment, enabling seamless loops.
The companion H3 Loop Decode node decodes with wrapped context on both sides and outputs exactly one loop of frames and audio. The default views 2 mode also samples a half-rotated view and takes the audio around the loop point from it, keeping the sound clean there at about 1.8× sampling cost; use views 1 with the Fun ControlNet.
