The author shares his daily setup: the only screen activity left without an agent is scrolling YouTube Shorts. Everything else — knowledge discovery, organization, experimenting and tracking — is now automated or agent-assisted. The catch: the agent proudly announces itself every time it texts his interns and friends, who are now thinking of blocking him.
