AINowInstitute · x · 2026-10-23
Dr. Heidy Khlaaf, Chief AI Scientist at the AI Now Institute, is confirmed as the first Black Hat Europe 2026 keynote speaker (London, Dec 7–10), presenting "AI Security is Not AI Safety" on Dec 9. She will argue that the conflation and co-option of security and safety methodologies in AI is leading the field down a precarious path, with AI agents being deployed faster than they can be secured.
