French indie maker Tibo Maker (Thibault Louis-Lucas) published a free newsletter sharing the playbook that took him from serial startup failures to selling Tweet Hunter and Taplio to Lempire at $8M ARR, now running a portfolio at $1M total MRR.
Core rules: build from pain, ship fast, talk to users, charge early, let revenue tell the truth. Current products include revid.ai (auto short videos), outrank.so (SEO on autopilot), squad.so (AI teammates), SuperX, PostSyncer, bazzly.ai (Reddit customer acquisition), and feather.so (Notion-to-blog).
He also runs a $99/month Founder Room: a private Slack of 200+ bootstrapped founders at $1k+ MRR, weekly 1:1s, and live sessions.
