He Turned His Apple Watch into a Gang of AI Agents, Built Entirely with Claude Code

Building on Chums — open-sourced ten days ago by Lucas Couto to mirror running Claude Code/Codex sessions onto an Apple Watch with each agent as a character — the author (not an iOS dev; 137 commits co-authored by Claude) added:
- Kolobok, a cheeky Russian fairy-tale bread bun as the boss: rolls when you tilt the watch, dents when poked, gets flattened by a rolling pin via the crown; takes tasks or wakes helpers
- 10 helper Claude Code subagents with distinct characters and voices: one checks mail, one tracks parcels, one plans a bike ride before sunset into the calendar, one looks up train tickets
- Russian voices and speech recognition, push notifications when the app isn't open, replies capped at 25 words
Workflow: hold the screen, speak, release — the Mac hub transcribes and dispatches; permission requests arrive on the wrist (hold to allow, tap to deny). Chums is Apache 2.0; needs a Mac, Xcode, and an Apple Watch on watchOS 26.
