Meta France event showcases Muse AI agent; speaker lays out 6 enterprise AI principles
emmanuelvivier · x · 2026-10-23
Speaking at Meta France's Advisory Board in Paris, the author argued leaders must soon manage both augmented employees and autonomous AI agents, as agents shift from generation to orchestration and agentic commerce covers comparison-to-transaction. His six principles: accelerate (companies move slower than models), innovate rather than just cut costs, focus on fewer-but-bigger bets, scale beyond POCs with EU regulation built in, build AI governance spanning HR/legal/business/leaders, and give executives a framework for when to assist, augment, or automate. Attendees also learned new details about Meta's internal Muse agent.
