nvidia · x · 2026-10-23
During Jensen Huang's Astana visit, Firebird.Cloud and Kazakhtelecom are expanding NVIDIA-powered computing infrastructure, with Firebird planning a lab for local startups and researchers. NVIDIA's blog says the trip— including a presidential meeting and fireside chat—marks Kazakhstan's shift from infrastructure plans to deployment.
At the chat, Madiyev said Kazakhstan wants AI that speaks Kazakh and captures cultural context; Huang suggested the country could "transform energy into intelligence and export intelligence" instead of just exporting energy.
