Alex Albert, who leads Claude at Anthropic, is soliciting real-world examples from small businesses using Claude. In an earlier tweet he suggested running a bunch of local small businesses with AI help would be fun, and argued products like Claude Duet could matter more to these businesses than Square or Google Maps did. A signal of Anthropic's SMB product direction.
