Zaelar: an open-source personal agent OS that builds its own UI while you talk
Psychological_Arm645 · reddit · 2026-10-23
A Reddit dev released Zaelar, an open-source 'personal operating system you talk to' that generates its interface live as you speak. Key features: it writes its own widgets/apps on demand; connects Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, calendar, Drive and Spotify; talks to other live agents via the MeshKore network (1s for flights/hotels/events); keeps years-long memory of your preferences and rules; and is self-hostable with all memory in one local file, or runnable on an isolated cloud server. Early raw demo video published, repo is public, contributions welcome.
