Omnii Genome: Single Generalist Model Outperforms AlphaGenome Across All Benchmarks
JosephJacks_ · x · 2026-10-23
Radical Numerics introduced Omnii Genome, one of eight advances built on Omnii-1: a single generalist model that outperforms the leading specialized model AlphaGenome on comparable benchmarks for linking genetic changes to gene activity and mapping regulatory interactions, helping make sense of the 98% of the human genome that doesn't code for proteins.
- Natively fuses 28 multiomic modalities across biology
- Generative: can be prompted on a desired gene expression or methylation pattern, then generate the required DNA or transcription factor pattern, and infer missing modalities
- The team believes it will accelerate multiomic target discovery, diagnostics, and gene therapy
