Ideogram Vector launches: editable-SVG output where every shape is its own path

Ideogram Vector is live, offering text-to-vector (describe a logo, lettering or illustration) and image-to-vector (convert existing images into clean SVGs). Unlike most AI image tools that hand you a flat PNG, every shape it makes is a real vector path that scales and edits at the detail level. The author's thread shows a sneaker photo becoming an SVG with 998 editable paths, then recoloured into 4 colorways via Claude; API pricing starts at $0.13 per generated SVG and $0.10 per image conversion.
