ChatGPT shortcut drama update: pets binding now configurable, but rollout looks spotty

Following complaints about ChatGPT's hard-rewired shortcut, csvoss notes it's now configurable and deletable. Another user on version 26.930.51102, however, can't find the option in Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts, suggesting the fix hasn't rolled out everywhere.
