Creator builds custom video effects with Figma Weave Gen Effect and Seedance 2.0 node workflow

Creator gizakdag shared a DIY workflow for video effects: instead of preset filters, he designs custom effects with Gen Effect in Figma Weave, then wires everything together via nodes and animates with Seedance 2.0.
The process: create a custom effect in Figma Weave, feed in an image and tweak settings to generate variations; prompt Gemini (Nano Banana Pro) to produce a zoomed-out version of the character and apply the same effect; finally connect the nodes so Seedance 2.0 brings the sequence to life. The effects work on people, pets, artwork — pretty much any image.
