CONCERT: Generative Modeling of Spatially Resolved Perturbation Responses
anshulkundaje · x · 2026-10-22
CONCERT is a generative framework for spatially resolved perturbation responses: it disentangles gene expression, cell location, and perturbation identity into spatial/perturbation/niche latent spaces, enabling in-silico 2D and 3D perturbation, edge imputation, and deconvolution counterfactuals—modeling tumor cells and their niche post-perturbation in spatial transcriptomics.
