Hermes Agent shows the price on every approval, not just permission
Scobleizer · x · 2026-10-22
Scobleizer highlights that as agents start spending money for users, every approval should show the price — and says Nous Research's Hermes Agent is among the first to do this.
The quoted demo explains what's actually new: text-to-3D isn't new (Meshy already has an MCP server any MCP-compatible agent can use), and asking permission isn't new either. The novel part is the price check: instead of "Allow this tool?", Hermes asks "This costs 15 credits. Go ahead?" — shown when generating a boss enemy for a Godot game.
