OpenTac-Xampling adaptive sampling hits ~1kHz on 1024-taxel sensor, 15x faster than raster

OpenTac-Xampling is an adaptive acquisition method that samples only the contact region of a tactile sensor rather than the full array. On a 1024-taxel sensor it reaches 1 kHz (up to 1286 partial frames/s), versus 67 frames/s for raster scanning, and captures impacts that raster scanning misses.
