Cookie Clicker for humans and AI: a ChatGPT Sites demo with database and MCP server
craigsdennis · x · 2026-10-22
Developer Craig Dennis published a demo video showing how he built a Cookie Clicker game with ChatGPT Sites that both humans and AI agents can play. Starting from a single prompt, he walks through saving clicks in a database, adding an MCP server with tools, testing with MCP Inspector, and letting ChatGPT query the click count while Codex CLI clicks the cookie via the command line. The walkthrough doubles as a plain-language explainer of MCP and an invitation to build similar human-plus-agent apps.
