Holon-S1, never trained on osteosarcoma, reproduces clinicians' molecular finding from slides
iScienceLuvr · x · 2026-10-22
In a retrospective N-of-1 case study, Holon-S1 analyzed public pathology slides from an osteosarcoma patient despite never being trained on osteosarcoma. It flagged overexpressed fibroblast-associated genes — the same finding the patient's medical team had independently confirmed with sophisticated molecular tests and targeted for treatment. Commenters expect more such zero-shot generalization cases at the frontier.
