Claude skill rebuilds AI-generated video as a playable game in 45 minutes, then recreates it in Unreal
MattVidPro · youtube · 2026-10-22
MattVidPro demonstrates a Claude-powered video-to-playable workflow: a fake game clip generated by Seedance was rebuilt into a real, runnable browser shader game in 45 minutes using Claude Opus 5.5 with gokaygokay's video-to-shader skill.
He then went further: Claude wrote a brand-new skill and rebuilt an AI-generated pirate cabin in Unreal Engine 5.8, with every object procedurally generated so he could walk around inside it.
The video compares each round against the original AI video, breaks down API costs, and links all resources: the shader-skills repo with its video-to-shader prompt, and his own MIT-licensed video-to-Unreal skill.
