OpenTac: open full-stack ecosystem for 3D tactile sensing on any robot surface
_krishna_murthy · x · 2026-10-22
OpenTac is an open, full-stack ecosystem for 3D tactile sensing: anyone can design and fabricate high-density tactile skins for any robot surface, then read them out, simulate them, and share data across sensors. The sensors measure both normal and shear force with high resolution and are easy to make.
