Claude Projects is really a scoped orchestrator, not account-wide memory
RileyRalmuto · x · 2026-10-22
RileyRalmuto got access to Claude Projects and realized what it actually is: essentially an orchestrator with a smaller scope than Dots, working per-project rather than account-wide. The author prefers the per-project setup anyway, noting Poly is designed the same way. A screenshot shows Projects can use a skill as its starting source, and it even has emoji reactions like Poly.
