Anthropic launches Duet, an always-on personal agent that shifted this tester from ChatGPT to 50/50 Claude

Anthropic has launched Duet, an always-on personal agent that tech writer Dan Shipper calls the first personal agent he'd consider a pro tool, after two weeks of testing.
- Duet lives in its own app, separate from Claude, on iOS, Android, and web
- Shipper's usage shifted from mostly ChatGPT to roughly 50/50 between ChatGPT and Claude — his most time on Anthropic in nearly a year
- petergyang replies probing the model split: 50/50 ChatGPT/Claude, 0% Grok
It marks a substantive consumer push by Anthropic into personal-assistant territory.
