Generative Bionics and AMD to Build 5,000㎡ Physical AI Data Factory in Italy
CyberRobooo · x · 2026-10-22
Generative Bionics is partnering with AMD to build a 5,000㎡ Physical AI Data Factory in Italy, with the first facility operational in Q4 2027. GENE.01 humanoid robots will collect multimodal data during industrial tasks, digital twins expand training scenarios, and AMD provides compute for data processing, World Action Model training, and large-scale simulation. The author notes NVIDIA already spans the Physical AI stack with Isaac, Cosmos, GR00T, and Jetson, while AMD gains footholds in both datacenter training compute and onboard robot inference — each data/model/deployment cycle driving new compute demand.
