Math Academy's accredited sequence takes adults from arithmetic to ML-level mathematics
AlexKontorovich · x · 2026-10-22
Responding to an adult learner who wants to relearn math from scratch, the ninjamaths team highlighted their Mathematical Foundations I-III sequence, designed to propel adult students up the math ladder efficiently.
The curriculum map (shown in the diagram) builds from foundations up to linear algebra, multivariable calculus, probability & statistics, differential equations, discrete math, abstract algebra, and proof methods — including applied tracks like "Mathematics for Machine Learning." Math Academy is WASC-accredited, eligible for UC a-g credit, and starts with an adaptive diagnostic to fill prerequisite gaps.
